Join our two-month Summer Art Program designed for students of all skill levels!
The students will receive expert guidance and hands-on training to develop basic to intermediate art skills. They will learn techniques from master artists and cultivate a keen artistic eye to view the world more creatively. Our program aims to not only enhance their art abilities but also expand their horizons, creating new opportunities for innovation and expression in any chosen field.
We are going to learn about...
LINE
Lines connect one point to another point. They can be straight, curved, diagonal, or zigzag.
SHAPE
Shapes are two-dimensional figures formed by a closed line. Examples include squares and circles, but shapes can also be free-form.
FORM
Forms are three-dimensional figures with length, width, and depth, such as pyramids and cubes.
SPACE
Space is the area that's occupied by an object as well as the area around it. It gives a feeling of depth to the artwork.
TEXTURE
Texture appeals to the viewer's sense of touch. Components of an artwork can seem soft, prickly, rough, slick, or fluffy.
COLOR
Colors are defined by their hue, value, and intensity. They have a major influence on the mood of the artwork.
VALUE
Value refers to how light or dark a color is. Black and white are on the extreme ends of the spectrum.
